- Construction of the Sports and Recreation Center in Komorniki 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: "design and build" using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. "Construction of the Sports and Recreation Center in Komorniki” together with technical infrastructure and land development on plots no. 648/39, 654/6, 654/16, 653/13, Komorniki precinct, Komorniki commune, Poznań poviat. 2. The contractor is obliged to create a multi-discipline information model and project technical and executive based on the description of the subject of the order contained in Annex No. 1 to the contract, the Functional and Utility Design (hereinafter referred to as: FFU), constituting Annex No. 2 to the contract, and the approved Architectural and Construction Design (hereinafter referred to as: PAB), constituting Annex No. 3 to the agreement, the Construction and Executive Design of the exit (hereinafter: PBW of the exit), constituting Annex No. 4 to the agreement, in accordance with the requirements of the EIR and the BEP plan, and then the construction of a modern sports and recreation facility along with land development. The investment should be implemented based on inter-industry coordination in the BIM standard, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the contract. 3. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the September 11 Act 2019 Public Procurement Law and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Act. 2.
