Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the sports and entertainment hall in Ziębice, together with the technical infrastructure and land development together with the contractor obtaining the occupancy permit.
2. The scope of works in particular includes:
1) pedestrian, on foot - driving, parking lots, other hardening;
2) Installations: rain, sanitary, central heating, electric, gas, ventilation and air conditioning, telecommunications, solar, underground retention reservoir, land lighting.
3) connections: water supply, sewage and telecommunications;
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 11 to SWZ.
4. The Employer requires a guarantee for completed construction works for a period of min. 48 months. The warranty period depends on the Contractor and is one of the offers for evaluation of offers.
