Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a permanent ice rink without a roof with a seasonal roller skating track, land development and the necessary technical infrastructure. together with the preparation of design documentation in the design and build formula. It is assumed that the facility will be used for a period longer than 180 days is the basis for applying for a Building Permit. Note: the value (cost) of the work on preparing design documentation cannot exceed 5% of the value (price) of the entire offer.
