Description:
1) The subject of the order are construction works related to the continuation of the construction of a sports hall building with a connection in Babica, which were interrupted for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party. The investment is located on the premises of the School Complex. Jana Pawa II in Babica on plot no. 1232. Building sports hall designed for approximately 180 people (approximately 60 in the gymnasium, approximately 15 people each in the multi-purpose room and gym, and 90 people in the audience). The hall building has an irregular shape, which can be inscribed in a rectangle with dimensions of 33.05 x 31.65 m, connected by a link to the existing school on the first level pitra. A one-story building, without a basement, traditional construction, brick and reinforced concrete walls, a roof over the gymnasium on a structure made of glued timber girders, a gable roof with an angle of 15, and the rest of the building has a flat roof with a slope of 1.15. The roof covering over the gymnasium is made of sheet metal.
