The bill of quantity is auxiliary matter to draw up the offer. 4.The Ordering Employer indicates that due to the specificity of the subject of the skew, it allows the possession of a local vision. 5. The ordering party does not require the offer after the contractor has completed a local vision. 6. You can make a local vision after determining the deadlines with the ordering one. 7. The subject of the fall should remainmade within 160 days of signing the contract.
