Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment regarding the construction of a sports, service and recreation facility at al. Legionow/ul. Kościuszko in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz. The subject of the contract is divided into two subjects of the contract and has three main functions. In the body of the building along al. Legions will be implementedFunctions defined as: swimming pool and service (subject of the contract I), while in the block of the building along ul. Kościuszko will be implemented as a sport and recreational (subject of contract II). The subject of the contract is determined by the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ). Detailed scope of the orderand the conditions of implementation were specified in the OPZ constituting an attachment to SWZ. Other terms of the contract were specified in the act of the contract and contractual conditions, constituting the attachments to SWZ accordingly. If anywhere in SWZ, the subject of the contract was determined by indicating the charactersfreight, patents or origin, the contracting authority allows in this respect to submit offers using equivalent solutions described. Where in the description of the subject of the contract, the origin of devices covered by the order referred to in art. 99 para. 5 PZP (e.g. brand, signTowarowy, manufacturer, supplier), the Ordering Party allows the offering of devices with equivalent parameters of identical or higher than those contained in the description.
