Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a stationary bicycle park at the School Complex in Tuchom, which includes, among others: Execution of earthworks and drainage works, Execution of asphalt surface, Execution of paint coatings, Installation of road signs, Sowingrawy, The detailed scope of works is described in the construction design (annex to SWZ No. 4), Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (annex to SWZ No. 5), bill of quantities (annex to SWZ No. 6), with the proviso that the ordering party allows solutions equivalent to the pr. described in the above-mentioned documentationojektowa., the Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with access to the construction site from the municipal road - ul. Hinz, i.e. the Ordering Party will make a temporary entrance (e.g. made of concrete slabs). The temporary entrance will ensure the contractor's free movement of vehicles to the construction site directly from the adjacent municipal road. , On contractorsa permanent obligation to mark out the main points by an authorized surveyor and responsibility for the protection of the marked measuring points until the final acceptance of the works, if applicable.
