Description:
The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a storm sewerage connection for the building of Public Kindergarten No. 15 on plots no. 34/8, 34/3 and part of plots 34/7, 39/11, precinct 79 at ul. building of the Public Kindergarten No. 15. The scope of works to be carried out for the order includes, among others: 1) geodetic marking out, 2) construction of a rainwater drainage connection to an open ditch, 3) reconstruction of the surface, 4) preparation of an as-built geodetic inventory. Detailed description of the subject of the order includes Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and Design Documentation, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
