Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works under the project titled: "Expansion of the rainwater management system - stage III" including the construction of a storm sewage system in Bałtycka / Kawki streets in Olsztyn - stage III, in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) for the years 2021-2027 and design documentation made available by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted procedure /CPV code: 45232130-2/.
2. The contract is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure, in accordance with art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
3. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding similar contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law,
