Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of ul. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyski in Lubawa. The scope of works includes: 1) construction of the road at ul. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyski from asphalt concrete, 2) construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles, 3) construction of a road for pedestrians, 4) construction of exits to properties made of concrete cubes,5) construction of lighting (LED) with cabling,6) construction of rainwater drainage,7) supplementary and finishing works.2. The detailed scope of work is specified in the design documentation and the technical execution specification acceptance of the works referred to in Art. 103 section 1 of the Act. The design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, as well as the bill of quantities (auxiliary appendix), constitutes Annex No. 9 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to develop - incl on its own and at its own expense - all spoil from earthworks and demolition works (the Ordering Party does not indicate the place of disposal of the spoil).4.
