- Description:
- The subject of the order is the performance of construction works entitled: Construction of street lighting. Polkowski in Gdynia. The material scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) execution of construction works in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order provided by the Ordering Party (constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and including: 1.1 - design documentation, 1.2 technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, 1.3 - instructions for the execution of construction works, taking into account the instructions in point 3.6 of the SWZ; 2) submitting a notice of completion of construction works to the competent construction supervision authority and submitting the document to the Ordering Party confirming the effectiveness of this notification. The contractor determines at its own discretion which parts of the subject of the order and within what deadline require submitting such a notification; The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with appropriate powers of attorney in this respect; 3) performing Author's Supervision over the implementation of construction works in the entire scope of work performed in accordance with point 1 of this section, from the date of handover of the construction site to the date of final acceptance of the works, both in terms of the documentation provided by the Ordering Party and prepared by Contractor.
