Description:
1. The subject of the construction project is the construction of a section of municipal road no. 100514L ul. owiecka and road sections marked in the PIEKA-GRZYBOW spatial development plan as KDPJ-15 and KDD-39, consisting in the construction of roads, pedestrian roads, exits, and retention and diversion storm sewage systems, lighting and reconstruction of conflicting area infrastructure, i.e. power cables, water supply, overhead power line and sewage system for telecommunications cables.2. The investment in question is classified as a linear structure, which should be understood as a building whose a characteristic parameter is the length, especially the road along with exits and objects located along it. 3.
