- 1.The subject of the order is the construction of ul. Wisława Szymborska from ul. Czesław Miłosz to ul. Stanisława Staniszewskiego along with technical infrastructure in the area of Stanisława Staniszewskiego Street in Suwałki.
2. Scope of investment:
−construction of the road from BA and concrete cubes,
−construction of bicycle paths and pedestrian and bicycle routes,
−construction of sidewalks,
−construction of exits,
−construction and reconstruction of intersections with side roads,
−establishing green areas,
−cutting down colliding trees and bushes,
−demolition of conflicting fences, road elements (curbs, edges, road surfaces and exits),
−signage vertical and horizontal,
−construction of storm sewage systems together with sewers and street inlets,
−demolition and construction of a water supply network with connections to plots,
−construction of sanitary sewage systems with connections to plots,
−demolition and construction of cable and overhead power networks,
−construction of lighting road,
−construction of a technological channel.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation, bills of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.
4. The Ordering Party has a valid permit for the implementation of a road investment issued by the Mayor of Suwałki no 1/2022 of March 7, 2022, reference number: AGP.6740.332.2021.SZ and decision No. 2/2016 of January 28, 2016, reference number: AGP.6740.312.2015.EW.
5. The bill of quantities attached to this SWZ is only an auxiliary document that the Contractor may use, but there is no such duty.
