Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a new didactic and administrative building entitled "Innovative Space Center" with an underground garage, internal ventilation and air conditioning, central heating, water and sewage, electrical and teletechnical equipment, its fixed and movable equipment, excluding the equipment specified in Chapter I, section 2 point 2) letter n) of the Terms of Reference and land development along with elements of technical infrastructure, including external sections of rainwater sewage system with connections, and road infrastructure, including the reconstruction of the adjacent road lane.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in:
1) Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference;
2) Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference;
