Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a technical exit to the beach at ul. the description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the design documentation constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, the Contractor will employ, on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing activities within the scope of the work covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing general construction works and operators construction machinery. contract constituting Appendix 2 to SWZ.3. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
