Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a building for the technical support of a rehabilitation center, located in Studzianka, Szudziaowo commune, Sokla poviat, Podlaskie voivodeship, on a plot marked with registration number 816, name and number of the unit registration number 201110_2 Szudziaowo, name and registration number 0023 Poczopek. Construction works related to the order in question will be carried out on the basis of the documents listed above, which are an integral part of the SWZ, i.e.: 1) Design documentation: a) construction design b) bill of quantities c) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.
