The subject of the order is the construction with the supply of equipment and the launch of the installation for thermal transformation of sewage sludge enriched with alternative fuel (etc.) with energy recovery in the form of heat together with accompanying infrastructure - stage I in the scope of technology, projects.technical and training of installation staff. The main subject of the contract within the meaning of art. 27 para. 1 PZP are construction works.
