Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of 3 multi-family residential buildings with technical infrastructure and development of the adjacent area on plots no. 9675/83, 9675/7, 9675/83 in Sucha Beskidzka. The order includes in particular:
- construction of complete, finished buildings together with the accompanying infrastructure and development of the adjacent area in accordance with the decision on the building permit, approved land development and architectural-construction designs, technical (execution) design, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works and regulations technical and construction;
- performing on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all factual and legal actions resulting from the decision on the building permit and from the arrangements, technical conditions, opinions, decisions and other documents regarding the task;
- providing full surveying services and geotechnical investment;
- ensuring construction and works management by persons with the required qualifications and construction licenses;
- carrying out all necessary tests, examinations, inspections, inspections and acceptances;
- obtaining an occupancy permit decision on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party constructed facilities and any other required decisions, permits and arrangements necessary to put the facilities into use.
