- 1. Order: "Construction of the building TR Warszawa - stage I".
2. Basic order. The first stage/phase of construction (covered by the basic order) will cover the construction of concrete structures below the ground level for basements -1 and -2 basements, rainwater system installation below ground level,waterproofing of foundations, underground thermal insulation and backfill. Phase 1 of the construction will connect the basement level -2 with the 8KD -L road ramp already completed and connect the dock with the MSN building. It will also cover the ready -made load dock of MSN together with the installations and finishes necessary for its functioninginterior and equipment and obtaining part of the building in the area for MSN do docks permission to use and start their operation. Phase 1 will include the necessary preparations to continue construction above the ground level in the future phase, such as reinforcement extensions and piercing of the ground floor platesto carry out future installations.
3. Optional. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of ordering an optional order in the scope of phase 2, which will cover the building structure from ground to roof. The structure will consist of concrete poles, walls poured on site andceilings, as well as steel roof trusses above the main theater room - hangar, in accordance with the information contained in the construction design - Stage 5 documentation.
