• 1. The subject of the order is: Construction of a transformer station and a medium and low voltage network in the area of ​​Wojciecha z Brudzewa Street in Wroclaw (geodetic marking: city of Wrocaw, Zacisze district, AR_7, plots no. 5/6, 5/7) for the needs of the University Medical School named after Silesian Piasts in Wroclaw. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Design Documentation constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which consists of: 1) Construction design with arrangements, 2) Detailed design and STWIORB, 3) Requirements for devices and materials, 4) Technical Specification of the List of Occupational Health and Safety Equipment of the Transformer Station, 5) Errata, 6) Scope excluded from the task, 7) Bills of quantities, 8) Financial division of works. The Ordering Party informs that the bills of quantities have only an auxiliary function for the Contractors and do not support the full description of the subject of the order. RULES OF EQUIVALENCE The Ordering Party informs that whenever in the detailed descriptions the subject of the order is described by indicating the trademark, patent, origin, technical or quality standards, equivalent solutions are allowed. i.e. having features, technical, functional and quality parameters not worse than those described in the above. ...
