Construction of a tunnel under the railway line with access roads along the DK71 in Pabianiceā as part of the project entitled āImproving safety at rail-road intersections, including their reconstruction into two-level intersectionsā The subject of the order is the task of developing design documentation and obtaining all necessary opinions, permits, decisions, and then the execution of works consisting in the design and construction of a collision-free road connection in the form of a pedestrian and driving tunnel under the railway tracks, approximately 22.50 m long, along with accompanying infrastructure in the location of the section of national road No. 71 (ul. Lutomierska) with a length of approximately 0.570 km - from the intersection with ul. Partyzancka to be included in the old track behind the tunnel, including the construction of a section of municipal road No. 108369E (ul. Karniszewicka) in a new track with a length of approximately 0.40 km, construction of the intersection of the newly built section of the municipal road (ul. Karniszewicka) with DK 71 (ul. Lutomierska), reconstruction of pedestrian roads and construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths and, in addition, the liquidation a crossing at km 12+846 of PKP line No. 14, a crossing at km 9+415 of PKP line No. 14 and a guardhouse building at km 12+832 of PKP line No. 14.
