The subject of the contract is construction works on the implementation of the investment entitled "Construction of two multi-family residential buildings" A "and" B "with the necessary technical infrastructure, including with internal installations (electrical, water-sewage, central heating, heat nodes), internal communication system(internal roads, parking lots, pavements), trash, land lighting, external installations (water and sewage, central heating sewage system, teletechnical sewage system, gate supply), water connections, sanitary sewage connections, connectionsplanned for implementation in real estate located at ul. Nowy Świat in Piotrkow Trybunalski ", in accordance with the design documentation in the scope covered by executive construction projects, technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works and the provisions of this SWZ. The bill of quantitiesIt is an auxiliary material.
