The subject of the order is: Construction of two multi-family residential buildings in Krupski Myn at ul. Krasickiego, on the registration plot no. 196/5. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings, located on the plot no. 196/5, area 0001, registration unit 241305_2, at ul. Krasicki in Krupski Myn. The facility qualifies for the 13th category of construction structure - other residential buildings. The project assumes the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, with three floors above ground, without a basement, with a flat roof, equipped with internal water, sanitary and storm sewage, central heating, ventilation, electrical and telecommunications installations. The buildings will be used year-round. In each of the buildings, 11 residential premises were designed (3 on the ground floor and 4 on the first and second floors) supplemented with communication, and in the ground floor also includes technical facilities, auxiliary utility room with a toilet, a space containing storage rooms and a bathroom/bike room.
