1) carrying out the necessary demolition of the existing infrastructure (provided that the gazebo that is part of the documentation indicated as an element for demolition has already been demolished and is not the subject of the order);
2) felling trees;
3) carrying out geotechnical verification tests in the place of the existing pond after draining it and completely replacing non-bearing soil with mechanically compacted engineering backfill;
4) construction of multi-family building no. 1:
5 above-ground floors;
total area approximately 2,906.76 m2,
cube approximately 9,688.89 m3,
34 residential premises;
storage rooms on the underground floor;
internal water installations: cold water and domestic hot water, sanitary sewage, central heating with a heat source (pump) and a heat switchboard,
