The subject of the order are construction works consisting of: in particular on: 1) preparation of land for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings; 2) construction of two multi-family mixed-use buildings with technical infrastructure, where: a) building No. 1 (B1) building with basement, five-story building with a flat roof, with the so-called high ground floor; The staircase is equipped with a passenger lift adapted to transport disabled people; a garage hall and rooms were designed on the basement floor technical facilities and a bicycle room; skeleton building structure: reinforced concrete frames and joists, filigree reinforced concrete ceilings, direct foundation on the foundation slab; the use of traditional façade materials was designed; façade insulation building with polystyrene - light wet method. A type of fine-grained plaster with a sand structure was used, in subdued colors; part of the walls covered with flexible clinker tiles; Balcony balustrades in the aluminum system, assembled to the front of the balcony slab, filled with safety, tempered glass; Building volume (gross): approx. 21,800 m3; ; Usable area of the garage: approx. 830 m²; b) building no. 1 (B1) building with a basement, five-story building with a flat roof, with the so-called high ground floor; The staircase is equipped with a passenger lift adapted to transport disabled people; a garage hall, technical rooms and a bicycle room were designed on the basement floor; construction...
