Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of comprehensive multi-sector design documentation and the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with the necessary technical infrastructure in Tuczno, plot no. 43/1, rev. 0109 Tuczno, commune Tuczno, Waecki County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) preparation of comprehensive multi-discipline design documentation, including the development of a multi-discipline Technical Design in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the project construction (Journal of Laws 2022.1679),2) obtaining all required opinions, arrangements and permits necessary for the implementation of the construction project,3) making an effective notification of the completion of construction works and obtaining an occupancy permit, including the implementation of individual energy characteristics residential premises.4) construction of two multi-family residential buildings, in accordance with the approved design documentation:a) Characteristic parameters of the planned facilities should be adopted on the basis of the architectural and construction design of the two buildings lived...
