Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of two multi-family buildings (buildings "B" and "C"), with technical infrastructure, road system and external parking spaces, at ul. Krzemieniowa in Konin, next to the "Senior Home in Konin" - Building "B" (plot no. 2207 o/Allocations) will be a building without a basement, with five floors above ground (35 apartments, two staircases); -Building "C" (plot 2208 o/Allocations) will be a building without a basement, with six floors above ground (44 apartments, two staircases); The buildings will be accessible to disabled people (elevators passenger and goods vehicles adapted for use by blind people and wheelchair users). The project provides that the apartments will be finished and intended for rent. Each apartment has a storage room located on the same floor. On the ground floor of each building technical rooms and a wheelchair room were located. Entrances to the building protected against unauthorized access by an intercom system coupled with remote opening. The external area is designed as a public area, without architectural barriers. There will be plots on the eastern side adjacent along its entire length to the area belonging to the "Senior Home", which is a fenced area.
