Maratoska in the city of Gostycin along with obtaining the final and unconditional permission to use the building. Two buildingsMulti -family four -storey residential non -basement, with a simple rectangular block. Designed in traditional technology, founded on the foundation Pyta. Cians from silicate blocks with a thickness of 24 cm on cement-lime mortar. Roofs stripes with a slope of 2.52O (5%), animated with attic.Filigrano ceilings 24 cm. The buildings A and B s are the same. - building area (carbure) 958.41 m2- use area (thaw) 3.033.60 m2- volume (mate) 12,804.50 m - horizontal projection dimensions in the outline x 2 15.64 x 30.64 m - high building 13.36 m - number of floors - 4above -ground floors with internal installations: water, sanitary sewage, central heating, electric and teletechnical and with land development.
