Description:
1. The subject of the contract is construction works within the meaning of art. 7 point 21 of the PZP, consisting in reconstruction within the meaning of art. 3 points 7a and construction within the meaning of art. 6 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law. The order includes the implementation of the investment entitled: "Construction of a two -track tram track along ul. Solski from the Kujawski Roundabout to the Bielicka loop with the Bielicka loop. "
2. The task is divided into two stages:
a) Stage I- (from the Kujawski roundabout to ul. Bielicka with a tram loop (from 0+00 to km 1+060),
b) Stage II - from the tram loop on ul. Bielecka to the end scope of the study (from km 1+060 to 1+480.64).
in Bydgoszcz. Pursuant to Article 38 (2) of the Public Procurement Law and the Agreement concluded on 18.07.2025 between MWiK and ZDMiKP, the ordering party authorized to conduct the proceedings and award the contract on behalf of and for jointly performers of the Employers is ZDMiKP.
