1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of a two-unit municipal residential building at ul. Berezw 11 in Suchedniow reconstruction works. The order is located on a plot with geodetic registration number. 6636 orb 001 Suchedniw, Suchedniw commune, Skary County, Witokrzyskie Voivodeship. 2. The Ordering Party informs that the order is not divided into parts. The ordering party refrains from dividing the order into parts because the order is homogeneous and classic. It concerns the construction of one building, the investment area is located on one registration plot. Splitting the order would cause difficulties in the execution of the order, failure to obtain a guarantee for the entire investment, as well as an increase in the costs of carrying out the task. 3. The order includes the preparation of complete design documentation, including technical design, land development, architectural and construction design, all industries, obtaining decisions on development conditions, obtaining a decision on a building permit and all other decisions enabling the implementation of the investment plan and obtaining a permit to use the facility, SST, bill of quantities and investor cost estimate.
