1. The purpose of the investment in question is to perform a public fall under the names: construction of ul. Osiedlowa in Kdzierzyn-Kol on the basis of project documentation, drawn up by: Architecture and projects unit Damian Bejton from headquarters in Czerwionka-Leszczyny at ul. May 3 No. 71a at on the basis of Decision No. 1/24/2023 Permission for the building of 24.04.2023 approving the land development project as well as the architectural and construction design and granting permission to build the signature: BA.6740.1.24.2023, covering the construction of the road and construction of pedestrian and road cigi ul. Estate in Kdzierzyn- Kole, to Department No. 1211, 1217/2, 1181/1.2. The scope of the fall includes in the semi -details: 1) construction of the road from the creaking with Wagner Square to Zakrt on ul.
