1 Cicha and Eastern in Plewiska. 2. A detailed Robt scope, according to which the work should be carried out, contains design documentation, STWIOR, ROBT, stancing starters for this SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to develop as -built documentationin 2 copies in a paper version and 1 copy in an electronic version on Pyc CD and handing it over to the ordering, including one paper version for the Komorniki Commune Office, and the other to the extent necessary to Zoenia in the Poviat Inspectorate of Building Supervision for the PoviatPoznaski. 4. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the Clave is included in the designed provisions of the statement of the Stopping Agreement. The contractor is obliged for the entire period for which the contract will be concluded, has civil liability insurance in the scope of conducteda business related to the subject of the collateral for the guarantee sum of not less than 3,000,000.00 with (sow: three million thousands of zotych 00/100), not later than the date of signing the contract to the time of koca collection.
