Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. Subject of the contract: 1.1. The subject of the order is to design and construction of urban chalet together with water supply, sewage, energy and paving string from concrete cube.1.2. A detailed range of the subject of the order specifies a functional and utility program, a decision to locate the investment of public purpose of ZP.6733.11.2021 of 11.03.2021, which form an integral part of the terms of the contract (Annex 4 to SWZ) .1.3. Contractor after developing a construction project and obtaining a building permit for the Ordering Party, he will build urban chalet with connections to technical infrastructure from new materials and own equipment that purchases and will provide for a construction site at his own expense and risk. The cost of purchase and delivery in place of incorporation of all materials and devices used to implement the subject of the contract is included in the remuneration of the Contractor referred to in § 7 of the contract of the contract.
