The subject of the fall is the implementation of the investment consisting in the construction of a wind and elevator at the Primary School in Wicawice Stare, the Mikhaowice commune, the Krakow poviat, charged with permission to build a decision No. AB.V.V.1.898.2024 of 26.09.2024, (decision transfers permission No. AB.V.2.29.2025 with on 12/03/2025). 2. The subject of the fall should be implemented in accordance with: 1) permission to build (for. No. 8 to SWZ); 2) Project documentations of the land development project (for. No. 9a to SWZ); 3) Project documentation Technical design (after. No. 9b to SWZ); 4) technical specifications of the performance and receipt of Robt Construction (STWIORB) (after. No. 10 to SWZ); 5) a preliminary job / offer cost estimate (for. No. 11 to SWZ); 6) of the planned provisions of the contract (PPU) - (for.
