Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the modernization and reconstruction of the security video surveillance system in the area administered by the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. (hereinafter referred to as SWZ system).
2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the Order includes:
1) preparation and delivery of the project to the Ordering Party construction including:
a) the minimum assumptions of the Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 15 to the SWZ (the document constitutes the Ordering Party's business secret);
b) supplementing the system at the required points with additional supporting elements (camera poles), area lighting and sections of technical sewage, new connections, etc., in accordance with the specified minimum requirements in Annex No. 15 to the SWZ (the document is a business secret of the Ordering Party);
c) reconstruction of all remaining elements in accordance with good installation practice and the requirements of newly installed devices/systems, with arrangements and obtaining appropriate permits enabling the execution of construction works;
2) preparation and delivery to the Ordering Party of an executive design including:
a) the minimum assumptions of the Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 15 to the SWZ (the document is a business secret Ordering Party);
b) adapting the Milestone recording software to the number of new licenses resulting from the expansion of the camera system;
c) relocation of the "Nowe Eyes Portu I" supervisory equipment to a new location;
