Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center building and a playground on plots no. 54/10 and 54/9 in the town of Apino, along with the construction of the necessary sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations. The scope of the order also includes: a) equipment village common room, in particular: - furniture and household appliances, - tables and chairs, - lighting. b) comprehensive finishing of bathrooms, c) execution of landscaping elements, in particular: - concrete pavements, - garbage shed, - lighting area. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will also be obliged to obtain, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a document enabling the use of the building resulting from the works. The ordering party intends to implement the investment in accordance with the project documentation entitled: Construction of a village community center with a sports field and a playground designed by Araoko Design Sp. z o. o. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are specified in the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).
