Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: Construction of a village community center building in the town of Grabno, Ustka commune, on plots no. 145 and 146/2 located within Grabno, Ustka commune, Supski poviat.2. Description of the subject of the order: The scope of the investment includes the construction of a village community center building in modular container-type technology, 4 parking spaces for passenger cars, waste collection areas, access and access to the building, planting of plants, elements of small architecture and a playground. The detached building will have 1 floor, without a basement, with a flat roof surrounded by an attic. 3. Detailed description the subject of the order is determined by the specification of the terms of the order attached to this contract, the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 8A to the SWZ), technical documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and, additionally, the bill of quantities of the works, which as Annexes No. 10, 11, 12 constitute an integral part of the contract.
