Brief description of the subject of the order: Investment titled: Construction of a village community center building in Jarosawiec, Sitno Commune. Its scope includes the construction of a community center with a water supply and sewage connection, internal installation of water, sewage, electricity and a heating installation in the local area.oci Jarosawiec on plot no. 1805. The building in question will be a single-story building with a gable roof, dimensions in plan: approx. 10.96 m x 16.76 m, height approx. 6.28 m. The building area will be approx. 183.69 m2, and the usable area approx. 153.14 m2. The building has rooms such as:such as a meeting room for residents, a vestibule, a hall with a cloakroom, an office room, storage rooms, a social room, women's and men's toilets, including a toilet for disabled people. The building will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of approximately 15 kW and an air-conditioning installation. The building in question will function associal and cultural activities, all kinds of integration events for residents, meetings, training courses, etc. will be organized there. The common room will enable the integration of active social groups around rural inns, folk bands, and school youth, who will be able to carry out all kinds of tasks...
