• Description:
• The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the investment task called Construction of a village community center building with technical infrastructure in the town of Ubiad. The scope of the order includes the construction of a new community center building rural, detached buildings with the necessary infrastructure. In addition to the building in question, it is planned to build a septic tank for sewage, two water tanks and local hardening of the construction plot with entry from the internal road. The contractor is obliged to obtain an occupancy permit. The contractor must offer: 1) at least a 3-year warranty period for the entire subject of the order; 2) a 5-year warranty period for the entire subject of the order. The work must be carried out in accordance with the documentation designs, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, respectively. The conditions of the order execution were included in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
