The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center in the town of Drzeewo in the design and build form. preliminary design work, preparation of a design concept taking into account the technologies planned to be used.2) preparation of a complete industry Construction Design and full-industry Detailed Design with compliance with the necessary detail required for the Detailed Design, together with the preparation of information regarding Safety and Health Protection (BIOZ), 3) obtaining the following regulations: opinions, arrangements, permits administrative decisions, consents and approvals as well as derogations from applicable regulations, if necessary; Occupational Health and Safety, Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, fire protection, environmental protection and other regulations required; workshop, as well as carrying out the required tests, checks, measurements, etc. necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order4) obtaining a final building permit decision for the implementation of the subject of the order5) preparing a cost estimate detailed6...
