Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center - a multifunctional cultural, recreational and integration building, along with land development and accompanying infrastructure, on plot no. 355/4, Proszkowice district, Mietkow commune. Basic technical parameters of the projectangle building of the village community center: usable area: 185.11 m2 building area: 217.80 m2 height: 8.17 m number of floors: 1 volume: 767.79 m3 The task includes comprehensive turnkey construction of the facility, including its equipment , internal and external installations, connectionswater and sewage systems, external lighting, internal power supply line, paved surfaces with substructures, including parking spaces for passenger cars and parking spaces for disabled people, which should be marked with horizontal and vertical signs, exit to a municipal road. SThe general list of works results from the design documentation and related studies. The quantity and type of construction works and supplies are indicated in the bill of quantities, due to the fact that the quantities indicated in the bill of quantities are estimated and auxiliary.
