- 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a village community center in Rokitki. Location: Rokitki, surveying plot no. 373/5, at Tczewska Street. Construction works should be performed in accordance with applicable Polish Standards, principles of technical knowledge, technical documentation, construction permit and the Ordering Party's guidelines. 1.1 Determination of the existing condition of the plot: Plot no. 373/5 covered by the scope of the investment is located within Rokitka. The plot area is bordered on the north side by a road plot (ul Tczewska), on the eastern side of the plot it borders the technical infrastructure facility with an oil pipeline, on the western side of the plot it borders on Czereniów Street, and on the southern side of the plot it borders on the area where the building of the Catholic Center is located. Education. The area covered by the investment is without trees and undeveloped. Currently, there is a temporary pavilion on the plot, not permanently connected to the ground, which will be removed from the area until the investment begins.
