Description:
The scope of the order includes the construction of a single-story building with no basement for a village community center with a built-up area of 147.74 m2. The facility will be equipped with a meeting room, kitchen facilities and toilets. The investment will also include: area lighting, internal power supply line, and installation water and sewage system, internal roads intended for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, parking spaces and other necessary infrastructure elements ensuring the proper functioning of the community center.
