- 1 The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the investment project titled Construction of a Volunteer Fire Department guardhouse along with village halls and accompanying infrastructure in the town of Brzza. The scope of works includes: Construction of communication roads with pedestrian paths, parking spaces and squares for conversion of cars in the town of Brzza, stage I. All construction works under this order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the documentation, which constitutes an annex to this ToR: - Design documentation for the road industry, - Bill of quantities, Note: As part of the task, it is necessary to perform construction works included in the design documentation, indicated on the development plan as sections: Route W0 W6, Route W4 W4, Route W2 W2, Route W4 W2. 2. Moreover, under this order, the Contractor, at his own expense, is obliged to: provide a minimum of 36 months of quality warranty for the construction works performed and construction materials and products used to complete the order, - preparing documentation of the as-built geodetic inventory and submitting it to the Ordering Party after ending...
