Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Construction of a warehouse building in Mikoajowice: Construction of a third-party liability warehouse in Mikoajowice, stage I. LOCATION: plot no. 537/3, Mikoajowice district 0007, commune: Wierzchosawice, Tarnow poviat, Maopolskie Voivodeship. Scope of the task: Execution The first stage of the works includes demolition of the existing building, preparatory works (i.e. earthworks, installation of water and sewage connections, felling of trees, replacement planting) and foundation works. In the first stage of the works, all earthworks and installations should be performed. to be covered with foundation works. All works must be performed in accordance with the documentation. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least a 36-month quality warranty period (12 quarters). Detailed information is included in the Design Documentation and the Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance Construction Works (STWiORB). These documents constitute annexes to the SWZ. The bill of quantities provided is only of auxiliary and informative nature due to the lump-sum nature of the remuneration.
