• 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a warehouse for the implementation of tasks in the field of Civil Protection and Civil Defense in the City of Mawa. The scope of the investment includes the comprehensive construction of a warehouse building with land development along with connections and a culvert over the Seracz River in the area of ​​ul. Carrying out additional accompanying activities: 1) restoring the area affected by the investment during its implementation to the condition it was in before the commencement of work, 2) removal and disposal of excavation and development spoil area, 4) cost of surveying services including the preparation of an as-built surveying inventory, 5) preparatory works (e.g. securing the construction site, setting up facilities and devices necessary to implement the subject of the contract, securing existing facilities against damage, 6) it is the Contractor's responsibility to prepare complete acceptance documentation to confirm readiness for use. above The Contractor performs the activities on his own without additional remuneration. 3.
