Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of construction works consisting in the construction of a waste storage hall together with the implementation of accompanying infrastructure at the Transfer Station "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Ostrzeszow at ul. Ceglarska 1a.2. The subject of the contract referred to in point 1 should be: made on the basis of the contract and: 1) Contractor's offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract along with tender cost estimates prepared using the detailed calculation method, which constitute Annexes No. 1a and 1b to the SWZ and the contract, 2) Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the contract, 3) documents which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract, i.e.: Executive designs (including: PZT, architectural and construction design, construction, road, sanitary and electrical installation), overhead cost estimates and bills of quantities, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. Detailed description of the method of carrying out work as well as materials and equipment necessary for use are included in the design documentation, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract.
