Description:
1. The subject of the order is the construction of a water supply network along ul. Ożarowska from ul. Żbikowska in Pruszków to the border with the Ożarów Mazowiecki commune 2. The implementation of the subject of the order will consist in: - construction of a water supply network on a section of 819.0 m of pipes cast iron DN 150mm. - overvoltage of water supply connections to the network, 11 pcs. made of Ø32x3.0mm pipes with a total length of 34.2m. - permanently decommissioning a section of the old network - construction of a water meter well with fittings 3. Scope of the subject of the order also includes: - surveying services to the extent necessary to implement the subject of the order, - preparation of as-built geodetic documentation as PDF files transferred on a medium, - traffic organization design for the duration of construction, organization design traffic is subject to agreement and approval by the competent authority, - obtaining a decision to occupy road lanes and incurring related costs, - restoration of the surface after the works, - providing the Ordering Party with documentation containing certificates and approvals or certificates necessary for commencement of operation and all elements listed in any part of the studies constituting Annex No. 1 to this Terms of Reference (SWZ) and affecting the offer price of the item orders, 4.
