- Part I Construction of the water supply network in the towns of Faciszów and Koczysko.1) The subject of the order is the performance of works related to the construction of the water supply network in the towns of Faciszów and Koczysko. The investment will consist in the construction of a 160 PE water pipeline with a length of 1,641.6 meters and a 50 PE water pipeline with a length of 24.9 meter. The scope of work includes: Preparatory works Demolition of hardened surfaces Earthworks - excavations Strengthening and drainage of excavations Pipelines and assembly works Earthworks - backfilling Restoration of hardened surfaces Drilling Network reinforcement Disinfection, rinsing the pipeline and taking a water sample for analysis2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ (order No. 11 to SWZ), construction design (including land development design, BIOZ), construction design for the construction of a water supply network along the provincial road (including the land development design), technical design, geotechnical opinion with documentation of soil tests, decisions, arrangements, bill of quantities constituting annexes to this Specification of Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ (Appendix No. 5).
