1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services consisting in the "construction of the web application - tools for the economic assessment of the farm together with the provision of technical and service support services as well as modernization and development."
for the construction and launch of production and subsequent operation of the web application - tools for the economic assessment of the farm (hereinafter referred to as the "application") - the software made available in the browser model, performing the functions of registration, storage, processing and analysis economic data of farms, including generating reports, statements and records as well as management of users and their powers, recreating functionalities implemented in the tool in the workbook version, in particular:
which the contractor is obliged to implement stages 0 and I.
on the extension of the order to stages II - VI and for the provision of technical and service support services as well as modernization services and Development).
From the first right, the options covering the implementation of stages II - VI takes place by submitting by the Employer a written declaration of intent within 100 days of signing the basic acceptance report.
